The website provides general information about commercial, janitorial, industrial, and specialty cleaning services. Content is informational and does not create a service agreement, guarantee availability, or promise that a particular cleaning method is appropriate for every property.
Quotes and Services
Website requests are not binding service orders. Pricing, scope, frequency, access requirements, products, exclusions, and scheduling are established through an estimate, proposal, or service agreement. A facility walkthrough may be required before a final scope or price is offered.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate facility information, safe and authorized access, notice of known hazards or restricted areas, and instructions concerning sensitive surfaces, equipment, security systems, or site-specific requirements. Specialized, regulated, hazardous, or clinical work is not included unless expressly evaluated and agreed in writing.
Scheduling and Changes
Administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Cleaning may be scheduled outside those hours when agreed in advance. Rescheduling, cancellation, access failures, additional work, and emergency requests are subject to the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use forms to transmit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited material.
Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, graphics, photographs, and design are owned by All In One Maintenance & Cleaning or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not republish or commercially exploit site content without permission.
